Items purchased from Uni Room will be sent as recorded postage for a standard rate of £2.50 per order and should arrive within 5 working days. Please allow an extra day on bank holidays.

Return/Exchange Policy 

Please understand that Uni Room want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept any unwanted items for a refund/exchange up to 7 days after the purchase date, provided it is in its original unused condition. In order for Uni Room to process your refund/exchange, you will need to complete the returns form provided with your order.
